- All orders ship from Minneapolis, Minnesota, USA
- Shipping charges are non-refundable once the package has shipped
Domestic Shipping (USA)
- Shipped via USPS First Class Mail (unless Priority Mail is selected)
- Estimated delivery: 1–5 business days after shipment
Priority Mail:
- Estimated delivery: 1–3 business days
- Not guaranteed by USPS or Pranicura
- Delivery dates are estimates only and do not include a money-back guarantee

International Shipping
- Shipped via UPS Mail Innovations
- UPS transfers the package to your local postal service for final delivery
- Tracking is automatically emailed once your order ships
Estimated delivery times:
- Canada: 5–8 business days
- Other countries: 8–15 business days

Lost Shipments
