We stand behind our product and want you to feel confident trying it.

If you are not satisfied for any reason, simply email us within 6 months of your purchase date, and we will refund the purchase price of up to one jar.

  • No need to return the product
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable
  • Refunds apply to the product cost only

Only ~3.5% of our customers ever request a refund—but if you do, we make the process simple and hassle-free.

Shipping Policy

Order Processing

  • Orders ship within 24–48 hours (Monday–Friday)
  • All orders ship from Minneapolis, Minnesota, USA
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable once the package has shipped

Domestic Shipping (USA)

  • Shipped via USPS First Class Mail (unless Priority Mail is selected)
  • Estimated delivery: 1–5 business days after shipment

Priority Mail:

  • Estimated delivery: 1–3 business days
  • Not guaranteed by USPS or Pranicura
  • Delivery dates are estimates only and do not include a money-back guarantee

International Shipping

  • Shipped via UPS Mail Innovations
  • UPS transfers the package to your local postal service for final delivery
  • Tracking is automatically emailed once your order ships

Estimated delivery times:

  • Canada: 5–8 business days
  • Other countries: 8–15 business days

We currently ship to over 80+ countries worldwide.

Important:

  • Some countries charge import duties or taxes
  • These fees are collected by your local postal service
  • We are unable to collect or pay these fees on your behalf

If applicable, your postal service will notify you on how to pay and receive your package.


Lost Shipments

If your order is lost in transit and never arrives, you may choose one of the following:

  • A full refund of the product price (excluding shipping), or
  • A free replacement shipment
