Prior to pranicura I struggled for months with other named brands and feel I developed an allergy to an ingredient that made my hemorrhoids worse. Once I started pranicura the itching and swelling immediately reduced and after a few short weeks my hemorrhoids healed. By far the best product I have used!
It burns severely at first but if you put lidocaine over it and bendover in front of a fan it helps. Give it time for the burn to go away and then the menthol is soothing.
I am so so grateful that I found this product after extensive searches and use of 3 other products that did not help, and in fact I think one made it worse! I had an extremely painful fissure and it was chronic. I had extreme pain every time I went to the bathroom. I often cried, and at one stage I didnt go to the toilet for 5 days as I was too scared to, which of course further exacerbated the problem. I took as directed, having it on all day and night for about 8 weeks. I saw improvement after about 2-3 weeks, so much less pain! And then huge difference by 8 weeks. Unfortunately I went through something at that time and fell off my consistent use, so didn't make it to the full 12 weeks. I am back on it and have been for about 2 weeks now so will see if I can be fully healed, but I must say my pain is now a 2 compared to a 9 before! My main issue now are two small skin tags at top and bottom of ants, as the fissure/s was/were both at the top and bottom when it got really severe. I just wish I found this sooner instead of suffering for so long, with persistent severe pain for at least 6 months and pain for at least a year and a half or more before that. Doctors should prescribe this as I've read many reviews where surgery was not effective, which is why I didnt go for that as well as being so scared about experiencing more pain than I was already in! I would give it 5 stars if I was able to stop using it. It is a good treatment but is definitely not a cure from my experience.
Use all the time to keep things in check. Flare ups happen mostly with constipation. Stuff made my life normal again. Better than anything in the store. Thank goodness for this wonderful product. Thank you Pranicura.
I bought this for my mother who suffered for years with hemorrhoids. Pranicura has been a godsend and she wont go without. For something this effective, it is worth the price, and a little goes a long way time. My only criticism is the pink color. I dont know if it is unavoidable due to the ingredients, but, if possible, it would be preferable if the cream were white to avoid staining the undergarments. I took off a star for that reason only.

If you are reading this review is bc you are in agony of what you going to do with your current situation down there and let me tell you, this cream works 1000% and gives you almost instant relief. Do not doubt it, buy it. However, the cream is not the only thing that will help you with your issue, for example, I dealt with severe anal fissures for almost a year. I would be terrified to go to the bathroom I still have some sort of anxiety to go to the bathroom but this cream helped so much but there is more steps to it. People, I cannot stress you enough watch your diet. Stay constant with hydration, like dont let yourself get thirsty at all if you feeling thirsty, drink water you will notice a huge change in your bowel movement. Stay away from spicy PLEASE. Take enough fiber but not so much, try to see how much you can take where it allows you to go at least 2 times a day and that should be good. Doctors will try to recommend you other medicine like suppositories and I cant stress enough to say STAY AWAY FROM THOSE. It will make it worse. unfortunately you will have times where your pain will flare up but its normal, as long as you are feeling less pain than before its a perfect good sign. Stay strong people and I would 10000% adding this cream to your healing process, stay positive
