    This is the first product I have ever written an online review for. I developed hemorrhoids during my first deployment over 20 years ago. I have tried everything... prescription, OTC, even had a surgical consult. This is the only thing that has worked. Its a Godsend. I cannot recommend this enough.

    This stuff really works. I decided to try this first before going the drs route and it really worked. I followed their instructions for a few weeks and I am feeling much better. The itching has gone away. Thankful for this stuff. Thank you!

    This product feels like a lifesaver! I had tried several other things, but never got relief until using Pranicura. Itching, bleeding, and swelling has been relieved.

    30+ years with the issue- and since starting with this one week ago- I have not had to scratch with anything. Just using this and it is a relief. It is clearing up. I can't believe it- but it works!

    I wanted to give an honest feedback on the cream after using it for over 4 months I think this cream works like magic I have ordered more.. I had fissures for 10 years after my delivery and suffered for so long I finally ordered this and used it every single day and it worked amazing I highly recommend for people who are suffering with this fissures please give it a go you will not regret it I am here in UK and I ordered this I am grateful to those who have made this pranicura.

    I had three fissures for 16 months and tried four different medicated creams/ointments prescribed from my doctor. I started using Pranicura and within 3 months, two of the fissures were entirely healed. One month later, the other one was completely healed. It is the best treatment ever but you have to follow all the directions that come with it. Mine were chronic fissures due to diabetes and issues with not healing, but someone who does not have chronic would heal quicker. Thank you Pranicura Group LLC!!
