    I can relate to so many of the stories I have read here. I have tried so many treatments for fissures, hemorrhoids, and chronic itching, and had minimal relief. Night has always been the worst and the discomfort seriously interfered with my sleep. Pranicura helped from the first use. It took a little while (a few applications, so not too long) to get used to the cooling sensation of the cream. I have been using it according to the instructions for probably about 6 or 7 weeks. Honestly, if I have to use this the rest of my life I am ok with that because it has made such a huge difference. Thank you, Pranicura!

    This product is amazing. Having read the reviews I didn’t believe they could all be true. I have suffered with a fissure since December and have tried every over the counter product I could find to no avail. Within two weeks of using this product my issues have gone. Thank you

    I have used this product as stated on the instructions for 12 weeks. I continue to use it because it helps with pain but it did not heal my fissure.

    I like so many people on here was desperate for relief! I literally spent so much money on other ointments trying to find one that would work. I even went to the hospital and the prescription medicine they gave me failed as well. I was losing hope with each day. Finally came across saw the reviews and didnt care what the cost was I was desperate for relief. When the product came in I read the instructions and within the first application holy cow I finally felt the relief I was looking for!!!!!!!! Its been 4 days now steadily following the steps and each day has got better and I am finally SLEEPING AGAIN!!!! I totally totally recommend this for anyone thats crying in pain!

    It has been over 20 years of living hell between the itching and scratching, tossing and turning in bed trying to ignore the discomfort. I went from Cortizone cream to Preparation H to antibacterial soap to suppositories and to wear baggy underwear. All the BS that doctors google to find relief. Until I bought this product. It is completely amazing! Minutes after my first application the itching stopped . I feel normal once again thank you soooooo much!!!!

    I find pranicura the best for the treatment of a fissues problem i have at times. presently completely healed. I have also been using this for quite sometime and this is my 2nd purchase of pranicura to have on hand .Thanks again

    After trying so many anti itch OTC creams I was blessed when I came across the ad for Pranicura and decided to try it. It is so soothing and quickly arrests the itching that other creams never resolved. Highly recommend. It is worth every penny
