I was having chronic issues with an anal fissure. It would heal up and then reopen every month - it was incredibly painful and stressful. I can relate to so many of the stories I have read here. I have tried so many treatments for fissures, hemorrhoids, and chronic itching, and had minimal relief. Night has always been the worst and the discomfort seriously interfered with my sleep. Pranicura helped from the first use. It took a little while (a few applications, so not too long) to get used to the cooling sensation of the cream. I have been using it according to the instructions for probably about 6 or 7 weeks. I have used this product as stated on the instructions for 12 weeks. I continue to use it because it helps with pain but it did not heal my fissure.

Best product I have tried for anal fishers. Its very soothing.
