I bought this cream a while back, but did not stick to the instructions exactly and kind of sort of got relief from it. After an almost 2 year fissure that would not heal and some days gave me crippling pain that would leave me in tears, my doctor said the only resolution was surgery. That scared me as I have never had any type of surgery before and decided I had to give this cream one last shot and actually stick to the instructions.
