So glad I found this on line.
I live in the UK and suffered for over a year with an anal fissure.
I saw my local GP twice and he prescribed Rectogesic which did not help. Then I saw...YourfriendlyProctologist... on YouTube and the doctor recommended Pranicura. Ordered from the USA. It was not cheap but I was desperate. So glad I did. The combination of the ointment and the recommended five step method has brought success. Was a little embarrassed to deal with this issue, see a doctor or talk to anyone. So I did some googling about the condition and saw that Pranicura came highly recommended by many in my situation. I personally saw results way faster than Pranicura claimed I would. Very effective. Within a week or so, I had already noticed a massive reduction in itchiness. When I first got my jar I was applying upwards of 4-5 times a day. At the 3 week mark, these applications were down to once a night. The jar comes with an instruction sheet that is very easy to understand. I followed those instructions to the letter, and achieved this result. I am very happy with the outcome. I genuinely was not expecting it to work as well as it did.

Just received my second jar. I was scraping the bottom of my first jar and could not imagine running out. I dont need it all the time, but when I do, I cannot imagine being without it. When I travel, it comes with me just in case I need it. This stuff really works!
