I started with anal itching and burning around 9 months ago. Had no idea why. Multiple visits to my GP (I am from the UK). Steroids, ointments for piles etc worked temporarily. I needed something long term that would not cause problems ie skin thinning etc. Cane across Pranicura. And Ill be honest after reading the reviews I was extremely skeptical! But I gave it a go. And … WOW! Itching went almost immediately! The burning still remains but I apply the cream and its instant relief! This product should be more widely known about! I just pray they dont ever stop making it! If you are suffering, Pranicura is 100 percent worth trying trust me !

After several weeks fissure started improving and finally healed. Used Pranicura together with Sitzbads and Salt Epson then bleeding stopped and annal fissure completely healed. After 3 months of starting treatment no more recurrence so far.

Pranicua is literally the first and only product to actually stop the itching immediately and for an extended amount of time. I would not be able to survive without it.
