I was so upset and bothered when all of a sudden, just one day I had this Pruritus Ani problem. ME?! This?!? Nooooooo. After a few years with this awful awful problem, trying every hemorrhoid cream, and everything I could think of, I finally made a doctors appointment. He gave me a brochure and sent me on my way. I finally broke down to buy this cream figuring "why not? I'd pay $50 to not feel this way." It hasn't completely healed me, but it has made a HUGE difference! But if you have this problem, buy the cream and trust the process. It was honestly a little worse at first...it feels funny....but after a week or so RELIEF! I have the problem pretty bad, or what I consider pretty bad, and the cream lasted me about a year.

Dear maker, if you ever stop making this...PLEASE let me know so I can buy a stash to last me forever! I literally CANNOT imagine life without this product. THANK YOU

After years of restless nights itching and near insanity, I can sleep itch free. The medical community had no answers and only managed to make things worse with some of the medication they "tried" on me. I had lost hope and resigned to just put up with it. I'm certainly glad I tried looking for answers again. It had been a couple years since last looking, and to my surprise I found something I hadn't seen before. I wish I had found it sooner. The itch may never really be gone, but this keeps it to only an occasional nuisance. The procedure seems awkward and a hassle at first, but stick with it. As far as price goes, how much is your sanity worth?

I was a bit sceptical about ordering this product and thought the reviews must be made up (you might be thinking the same about this one) but I was desperate enough to try almost anything.
It really truly has helped enormously. I suffered for about 10 years but after two weeks was basically experiencing no itching at all. I think it's been about 5 weeks and I am now using the cream 2 times a week. I should probably use it a bit more consistently as I've noticed a bit of itching coming back. Maybe it'll get worse again but at the moment I am enjoying freedom from anal itching and scratching. I'm really grateful to the makers of Pranicure!!
It's quite a pricey product but for me it has been so worth it. And I think this first tub will last for at least a year at this rate.

The product cures the specific symptoms when you apply but it does not cure the problem. I was expecting to cure the issue.

Pretty much stopped my itch straight away. Only having to use it twice a week is such a relief to have itch gone. Very good product!

I have had an itchy / burning anus for about 8 years and decided to give it the Pranicure treatment. The cream still burns when I put it on but at least the duration and frequency of my 'attacks' have reduced.

It certainly takes the itch away at least temporarily. I have not yet used it consistently so I can't say if a month on it will get the full five stars.
