    After 6 weeks symptoms are 90 % better . Great relief! Worked right from the start on contact. After a few weeks already much less of a problem.

    I have been using the Pranicure treatment for approximately 2 months now and while it hasn't cured the problem, it does give me immediate relief when using it.

    Couldn't wait for the mail to get here...Within 3 days I was itch and pain free...This really is a God Send! I have had 3 surgeries to try to correct fissures and it keeps coming back...hopefully it's all gone this time...Thank You!

    As many users have said- keep using it- it works. It worked almost immediately in the day but slower at night. Within two weeks of using the product, I applied in the morning and at night-no more itching. Two months in and my life is itch free. I use in the morning and I am good to go. I possibly could go without it but not willing to risk it now that the itching has STOPPED. Thanks for searching and finding a treatment that truly works. One happy customer.

    I'm writing you from Toronto, Canada and I would like to thank you for giving me my life back. I've lost countless hours of sleep and dealt with a lot of anxiety due to this problem. I must say, I was extremely skeptical at first. I must have visited your site a dozen times and searched the web endlessly to see if Pranicure is the real deal.
    After dealing with this problem for years and trying everything the doctor prescribed me with no success, I decided to pull the trigger and order Pranicure. I'm so glad I did.     Recently after surgery, I was having trouble with pain and discomfort from wetness. After three days of using pranicure, I had a sense of relief I hadn't felt in a long time. It works better than anything I have tried to treat the misery of a fissure and hemorrhoids. Don't hesitate over cost, just buy it and follow the instructions to the wire. It will work!
