I have suffered from Pruritus ani for years,have tried most creams prescribed by my GP but nothing worked. I thought that I'd try Pranicure after reading the reviews.
I am now itch free and can't believe this magic cream!
It is a brilliant product and worth every penny, I now only have to use a little at night now.Life is really worth living now after so much suffering in the past!

Went to the doctor-very embarassing. He gave me a cream that did nothing. I've tried many other over the counter products too. This is the only product I have found that works.

I suffered from an anal fissure after having my second baby. The fissure would flare up over the past 2 years if I sat too long, not enough fiber or riding my horse. It was a pain to work around the issue. I tried Pranicure for 2 weeks and have had no rectal bleeding since. I really couldn't believe how effective it was. When i was treating myself I used it no more than 6 times in those 2 weeks. Then I only needed it once a week, and now only every so often. I knew I had a fissure because I had an exam done, so I knew what I was treating. Follow the directions exactly as they have them written when you get the package. Thank you for such a great product...this saved me from getting a colonoscopy and a surgery. I felt the surgeon was rushing me to do the surgery and I didn't feel it was serious enough to warrant all that hassle. Thank you again.

I've searched for over 20 years for a product and or Doctor to treat this condition and now I can stop. Pranicure, hands down works the best and efficiently. Please follow the instructions they give you and see the results.

Speaking as one who has suffered for years with an incredible itching of the anus and scrotum area l am delighted to say that finally, l have found a solution to the problem. During all the years of suffering I tried to picture, what on earth was causing it. Was it my diet or clothing that l was wearing? Was it the soap we were using to wash my underwear? Nothing we did seamed to make any difference whatsoever. In the back of my mind was the belief that somehow it was something migrating down from the intestines. After several visits to my skin Specialist I was given a petroleum based cream to use. This helped somewhat but was obviously not the answer. In a more recent visit the doctor did a skin scrapping and reported that it was a bacterial infection. He then prescribed an antibacterial capsule. This immediately upset my stomach and did nothing for my condition. One day, while searching the Internet l came across Pranicure. After ordering this product and applying it as specified in the instructions l found the first evidence of improvement. There is no way that l can explain the relief that l felt! It is so important to follow the instructions to the letter. A simple clean and pat dry prior to application. A steady improvement was made and finally, l now feel that l have my life back to normal.

When one is suffering with this condition you whole life affected. You attitude changes and you can't think about anything other then the severe itching. Finely, l can say that my life has changed and l can now enjoy living free of that terrible itching.

Like other reviewers, I had the itch for years. I applied every topical in the drugstore, went to one dermatologist after another, and was prescribed Doxepin and ProBanthine, which I took for years. One allergist had me eat nothing but turkey and rice for a week. No better. I even went to a Chinese herbalist. Many of the substances I was applying gave temporary relief but themselves caused rebound itching (watch out for pramoxine and hydrocortisone!). Along with the irritation, I sweat a lot, which didn't help. I was going nuts. One doc was even contemplating some sort of laser treatment. Pranicure really works, from the first application, with no rebound itching. Only fellow sufferers know what a boon it is not to wake up with itching and know you can apply the ointment and actually go back to sleep. The anxiety that I had having no effective solution nagged at me day and night for years. Relief at last. Please, never stop selling this product!

Extremely helpful for me. I could generally control itching during the day but was waking up 2-3 times a night. It was bad enough that I wasn’t completely sure what to do and that’s when I found Pranicure. I started using it several times a day and that got whittled down to once every few days, then once a week. My progress wasn’t always linear though, sometimes I wouldn’t use it for three days, then I’d use it twice in a day, then not for a week, so don’t get discouraged. The fact that it helps take the symptoms away is like a dream.
