I have used many over the counter products & 2 prescription meds from my Doctor - none helped. In desperation I looked on-line & found this, thinking I had nothing to lose I ordered the Pranicure. It is the "bomb"! Was so relieved & happy I wanted to Twitter and FB it but realized people probably didn't want to hear about my itchy bum! If you suffer from itching BUY IT!!!

The cream is effective, but it is expensive, on top of which, the postage from USA to UK is expensive too. I have purchased a rival cream which claims to be better than yours. It isn't. Will buy from you again when I can afford it.

Excellent! Really worked! Gave me relief from this long standing problem when nothing else did.

I am really pleased with this product, it does work, not a total cure but better than any thing else I have found, and I have been trying lots of products for many years.
One problem however, the UK charge import duty/tax, and the post office rip you off for collection charges. Total £15.40!

I had suffered from itching for several years. Being a pharmacist, I tried everything I could find, but nothing worked. I saw 2 different physicians for help, but to no avail. I normally don't write reviews, good or bad, but i felt the need to on this product. If you are suffering from this ailment, don't waste any more time, get this stuff. IT WORKS! It took me 10 years to find it, but im glad i stumbled upon it.

Your product literally saved my life. Unless you have gone through this awful condition you will never understand the suffering one goes through. I tried every single product on the market, including prescriptions...I would go out with cotton and cream and baby powder hidden in my purse prior to using your product, just in case that nasty itch started again. It drove me crazy....It was a horrible way to live my life, for over a year. I used Pranicure and literally within a week the itching had stopped and I actually thought I should be using more, but I followed your directions to a T. And it worked. Now, I use it here and there and can go out without being afraid of “what should I do if the itch starts again” This is a miracle to me and I know only if you have suffered with this condition would you realize that this cream is the only one that works. I have never told people about my condition...they would just laugh when they hear you have anal itch...so I suffered in silence and I just want to thank the Pranicure Group from the bottom of my heart for putting out such a fantastic product THAT ACTUALLY WORKS. I wanted to post this due to the fact that there wasn’t too much feedback from those who suffered from anal fissures. I cannot begin to thank Pranicure for finally healing my fissure after almost a year of prescriptions and many doctors visits. I was so close to throwing in the towel and getting surgery. This was my last shot at trying to heal this annoying condition. This cream is truly a miracle, it took about 6 weeks to heal, but that was nothing compared to what I had been going through the past 11 months. Plus when I was feeling discouraged, I emailed pruritusani.org and they continued to encourage me and gave more helpful tips. What helped the most was taking Miralax (basically adds water to your stool-to keep it soft) and religiously following the Pranicure Ointment directions. Also, the “tingling sensation” finally gives you some relief from the constant pain of a fissure. I definitely had my doubts, but with their guarantee I thought sure I’ll try their product for free, but I didn’t need a dime back. Honestly, I would’ve paid a million dollars for finally getting relief from this terribly embarrassing life annoyance anal fissure. THANK YOU!!!! THANK YOU!!! THANK YOU!!!!
