It was difficult to believe that anything would work after years of ineffective treatments, but this stuff is amazing. It did take a few weeks and it's necessary to follow the directions (which are simple and treatment friendly). Try it.

Pranicure is the ONLY thing that has cured my anal fissures and this is after more than 20 years of suffering from them. It healed them up and closed them and one of them was so bad it truly was an abscess that should have been operated on. It took like three months but with twice daily applications it worked like a charm. Please, please, trust me, if you are like me you tried everything OTC and online remedy you could find and nothing worked. This will!! Twice a day after bathing and at bedtime. It is truly a miracle!

For months I had no idea what was causing the INSANE night time anal itching and I was clawing the skin around my anus until it was raw. Worth the risk I decided since they offered a refund with just an email. Man! From the first application it helped. I followed the directions and used it as needed, maybe 3 times the first week, etc. Now I go weeks without needing it. It is the answer to my prayers!

It's not been a cure for me but as long as you follow the instructions to the letter then regular use will give blessed relief. Despite the fact that I live in the UK and have to pay tax on top of the retail price of this item I would definitely recommend it and will be buying it again.

It's difficult to be sure how effective the Pranicure treatment has been as fissures are intermittent anyway. I have been using the ointment as directed and, right now, have no symptoms. I hope there is no recurrence. That's all I can say.

I CAN'T SAY ENOUGH HOW GREAT FULL I AM TO COME ACROSS THIS CREAM WHEN I DID. I HAVE HAD AN ANAL FISSURE OFF AND ON, MOSTLY ON, SINCE THE BIRTH OF MY 2ND CHILD 6 YEARS AGO. I HAVE TRIED EVERYTHING AND IT WOULD TAKE MONTHS TO HEAL. THIS LAST BOUT OF PAIN WAS THE WORST I'VE EVER EXPERIENCED AND VOWED IF THIS CREAM DID NOT WORK I WOULD GET SURGERY. IT TOOK ABOUT 2 WEEKS TO HEAL MY FISSURE, THE FASTEST ANYTHING HAS EVER WORKED FOR ME IN THE PAST. NO SURGERY FOR ME! :) THE CREAM MAY BE A LITTLE PRICEY BUT IT'S WORTH EVERY PENNY AND WILL LAST A VERY LONG TIME.
