This product is amazing--no way around it. I had anal itching and I had never experienced it before. All I knew was that I needed it to stop. It was, as you know, absolutely miserable. I did my research and all signs pointed me to this product. I hesitated because the cost seemed high, but, I am telling you, it is worth every cent. Hours after using it, I felt a turnaround. And, within days the itching was gone. I cannot recommend this product highly enough, especially if you are someone who has been living with this misery for any length of time.

After continuously researching on the internet for 2 years and trying lots of diets, I finally got something that actually works. This product can really change your life.

Pranicure is cooling and astringent on the most sensitive area. I can use it on cracked and bleeding psoriasis when nothing else will work to soothe a flare-up.

This product has changed my life. I was so miserable before I found this. I am a lifelong customer.

Pranicure gave some relief but, even though I followed the advice to the letter for over 30 days, it did not cure my PA. *From the Pranicure Group...There is no known cure for pruritus ani. Most people can go 1-3+ weeks between ointment applications after the 1-5 week healing period.

I was a little nervous about ordering from America (I live in the UK) and I was aware the international postage costs would be high, but the reviews were so good, and I was so desperate, I was prepared to risk it. So glad I did. The BEST product I have used for relief of itching and fissures are now healing. I expect the tub will last me 6 months and I have to say IT IS WORTH EVERY PENNY.

Unfortunately I have to use this almost daily but it really works well.

I am 24. So I was suffering from this HORRIBLE diagnosis for about 4 years. I went to the dr finally and she examined me and honestly she didn't know what to do for me. I researched online and tried everything I could think of. I would cry because it would get so bad and I felt it was taking over my life!! I finally came upon the pranicure website and read about it, and was shocked to see so many positive reviews! I was a little hesitant about it, because it's only sold online but I was so in need of help! When I first tried it it burned a little, and I didn't know if it was really going to work or not. STICK WITH IT!! don't give up! follow the directions exactly like it says and IT WILL WORK!!!! After about 3 week I was SYMPTOM FREE!!! It's been over a week since I've last applied it!! THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR MAKING THIS PRODUCT!!!!!!!!!! Pranicure gave me my life back!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I've waited to write this review because I noticed most people write them immediately when they get relief but I a) didn't want to tempt fate and b) wanted to see if the effects wore off in time as so often they do with products. So:
As others have said it isn't a total cure, however, from trying anything and everything, including paying privately to see a Consultant who told me everything looked normal and to stop using all these creams and just not think about the itch !!! I was desperate after a year and a half.
The Pranicure wasn't cheap especially to the UK.
I started using it and it got so much WORSE! ! I wanted to give up so many times but I read and reread the reviews and the info sheet that came with the cream. Everyone said keep going so I did. I then turned a corner after about 12 days and everything suddenly calmed and I only needed the cream once per day but right up to day 29 I still couldn't imagine not actually getting to the point where I didn't need the cream. Then day 30 something just calmed that bit more and on day 31 I went without! !! And for 3 days it was fine but a very vague itch crept back so I did the routine that day and then was fine for a whole week! This was 3 months ago and now on average I need the cream once per week. When I say need, it's more a vague start of an itch that I think dare I leave. Maybe I should, but I panic.
In summary, it got far worse before it improved, it took the full 30 days they say it might, it isn't a total cure but it's fab! !
