After my Total Knee replacement, I ended up with a Fissure. OMG I would rather have another baby than go thru that pain again. I was having episodes that lasted for hours, excruciating pain, curled up like a baby. No one tells you about this. I saw a surgeon, who gave me prescription stuff, none of it worked. Saw this on YouTube, all I can say is that it is a miracle worker. It took two to three days for me to feel I got my sanity back. It works, be patient. All I can say is I got my life back. Still healing, but much better. Sorry for the long review, but I never even heard of a fissure, much less the pain involved in it. Hope this helps someone.

I have been using Pranicura for several years, great stuff. Does exactly what it says it will do.

I went back and forth with every cream prescription and over the counter for a fissure problem. The pain came and went and when they reopened, the pain was unbearable! This cream was my last option before I was considering surgery. No cream worked longer than a month for me! This product literally changed my life! I am now using it once a day and am on month 3 with no issues. I cannot believe it. I used it twice a day for the first two months and it really does work so stick with it. It will be the best thing you ever buy if you have anal fissures.

I have been using this for over a month and still have a lot of acute pain. I will keep using it but I sure wish it was working.

Problems down there can be life altering and embarrassing to deal with and most doctors suggest surgery or medications that dont work because that is what they are taught. This product works and they actually explain how the ingredients work so you can research any questions beyond that. Surgery corrected one problem only to face agonizing post surgery pain but did not promote fissure healing as was indicated by doctor. Pranicura has helped provide a normal life again and avoid a second surgery for over 5 years. I would consider it a healing ointment to this point. So thankful for this treatment and the research that led to its effectiveness.

After spending hundreds of dollars on prescription meds that didnt work, figured what’s another $$? The reviews were fantastic and they are 100 percent right. So glad I tried this. It is magical! Best treatment I have found after years of agony. It really works!
