I have struggled with this issue for numerous years and this is by far the best product I have used Believe me I have tried many a product over that time period including injections etc. with no or little success. Can't tell you how much I appreciate it.

Was diagnosed with a fissure and bought this product. It does work and stings a little at first but it alleviates the pain for a few hours. I highly recommend this product to alleviate the pain.

If you have an itchy anus, this will work. I bought it out of desperation after trying everything else and have finally found relief!

I have been suffering for about two years and read the reviews so thought why not. Now whilst it has not cured the problem it is definitely a lot better and I have just ordered my second pot. The relief when applied is just the best and getting more sleep is worth paying the overseas shipping fees. After initially using Pranicure my symptoms seemed to get worse and I was so disappointed as I thought this would be it. But I persevered like they said and within about 3-4 weeks I am 99% better. Thank goodness!!
