    Just started using but upon first application feels like I've put BioFreeze or Mineral Ice on my arse. The menthol has a cooling burn to it but is not altogether uncomfortable and if this cream helps the problem then it won't be a deal breaker.

    I've had recurring anal pain and discomfort over the years due to who knows what... doctors have said fissures and various other theories (fungus, bacteria, leakage, and I followed those theories through 3 surgeries now, and countless painful exams and treatments. Have tried dozens of creams and other solutions, some more helpful than others, but none that were sustainably useful. I've been taking Pranicure for 3 months now, using only when itching / discomfort occurs, as directed. So far, this cream has been helping a ton to mitigate the itching / burning that I get basically daily without it. I've been able to go a few days in between treatments, which is good, but I'm hoping for longer term relief after I've been using Pranicure for a bit longer, as the wesbite recommends being patient. So far, I'm happy with this product and have fingers crossed that it is indeed a sustainable solution!

    I had a fissure tear in 2008 and have been suffering with itch and pain since. Tried all kinds of creams and remedies. After a few weeks Pranicure has relieved all that. Wish I would've found this years ago but have it now. Thank you

    good product. I have been using it for ~ 2 months now. Tried to discontinue clear lax and problem re-surfaced. Will continue with program for ~ 3 months before trying to get off stool sofetner again

    I am like a lot of people…I have never endorsed a product, but today I must! My long story made short…It was 2 years this month I went for my first colonoscopy just as recommended for people my age. Afterwards the Dr. came in with a smile & said everything looked great…see me in 10 years. After about a week afterwards I started experiencing this agonizing pain after each bowel movement. For nearly 2 years I tried so many OTC medicines, different medicines from my regular doctor, and also saw a specialist of
    gastroenterology . He prescribed an ointment that would help some.. maybe a day or two at most …and for that I was thankful. But when my 1st jar of Pranicure came…it was my miracle! I followed your instructions for fissures & now feel like a new person. I’m not 100% healed but almost. I know I could not have done it without PRANICURE!
