    Pranicure is the best remedy I've had for my pruritus ani and I've tried several ointments and creams only to be disappointed. Pranicare is long lasting and I only need to use it when necessary. I'm in Australia so I order online and have it shipped to me. It's worth it.

    After months and months of intense itching and a recurring small fissure I finally have complete healing!! I asked my obgyn what to do, she said to take a stool softener and had no other options.
    I found this cream while googling solutions and ordered it. It was a lifesaver. I used it about a week and had complete resolution of itching and the fissure finally healed. Now I only use it as needed so mild itching which is rarely. I can't thank you enough!!!!!

    this product is the only thing to have worked for me. I am so grateful to have found it. only needed a little to resolve itching and occasional reapplication so the tub will last forever!

    Good success up to now but am still getting pinpricks of blood. Much more comfortable and reduction in swelling etc. Seems very expensive but success shows it is worthwhile.
