I never truly understood the word suffering until I encountered an anal fissure. It was by far the worst pain I ever experienced. Purchased after reading many reviews, as well as those of several other prospective products. So very grateful that I chose Pranicura. This works. They explain the..why.. this occurs. They explain..how..their product works, with set instructions to adhere to. It WORKS. I will likely have this small jar for a long time as only a small amount is required, and may only use again for a flare-up, likely due to my own negligence (now that I understand the..why..to the problem). I will be sharing this with my doctor, as well as anyone I happen to talk about this problem with.. haha, not likely too many!

This product has been a God send. Literally my bottom issues have ruined the last two years of my life have been lived as a sad disabled women. My next option was surgery. But this.
