    Pranicura is just fantastic. I wish I had heard of it ages ago. Took the chance and had it shipped from the USA..and it worked from Day 1. Just follow the directions and your problem will be solved..simple as that.

    This is the best thing I have found when I get pain from anal fissures.
    I recently recommended it to a friend for itching and soreness in the anal region, he has found it to be the best thing he has tried for that too.

    Completely healed fissure, i took a little longer than normal to write this because i wanted to wait and see if it returned but after using Pranicura for 3 months then waiting 3 months without i can say im completely healed. This is after dealing with a large fissure for a year.

    I really really wished this had worked, I do think it helped a lot however it didn’t cure my fissures and I had to have surgery. I would give it another go though !
